Registered Client Services Manager
After five years in finance, and many years in customer service, I’ve learned that the client experience is my number one priority. My high standards for client care and commitment to client service is a great match for the philosophy at Align Financial.
My responsibilities at Align include running the day to day operations of the office, important administrative and compliance functions, managing the lead advisors schedule to make sure we’re meeting all of our commitments to our clients; and most importantly to serve as the first point of contact for many of our clients and prospective clients as they engage with our office.
I started on the front lines answering client questions in a large institutional call center for TD Ameritrade, moving up quickly to a behind-the-scenes role in compliance and supervision. Most recently my time has been spent working in a local Ameriprise branch office with independent advisors.
I love to learn and quickly obtained the Series 24, 7, and 63 during my time at TD Ameritrade. I am a firm believer in learning and that you never know enough and am currently pursuing my bachelors in finance.
I enjoy the variety offered in the financial planning and wealth management field, knowing I will always have a new project to dig into, or problem to solve for clients. My attention to detail and ability to manage many large and complex projects, all while trying to see from our clients perspective is critical to bringing great advice to our clients every day.
Outside of the office, you can find me spending time outside with my dogs and my partner, exploring as much of Northern Minnesota as possible. Being from outside of Duluth, we are always up for a new hike or day trip to the charming towns around Northern Minnesota. In the winter, we take advantage of the cold weather by staying inside and getting creative and trying new projects to fill our time as I get acclimated to the cold, but beautiful Duluth winters.
